1. ENJOY BEST FLOWERS and GARDENS in ONE DAY in Tokyo
Enjoy seasonal flowers in Tokyo in the best time and locations.
Tokyo’s flowers change with the seasons, and the types and varieties that display their beauty change one after another. The same flower also has a different appeal when it blooms in a botanical garden designed by a specialized botanist and in a historic Japanese garden designed by gardeners.
Our knowledgeable guide will show you which flowers are blooming beautifully where when you visit Tokyo, and will also show you the beauty and charm of Japanese gardens.
Below is a general itinerary, but the gardens you visit may differ depending on the time of your visit and Tokyo’s climate.
I can customize this tour according to your preferences.
ITINERARY
*Meet at your hotel lobby, move to the nearest subway station
*Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is a unique garden and botanical garden that combines a Japanese garden based and a Western-style garden.
In spring, over 60 varieties of cherry blossoms bloom one after another, allowing you to enjoy the cherry blossoms for a long period of time, and you can also enjoy seasonal flowers throughout the year.
*Koishikawa Korakuen garden is a famous garden that was built approximately 400 years ago by the Mito Tokugawa family, a relative of the Tokugawa shogunate, and is said to have been regarded as a model for later Japanese gardens. As we stroll around the pond, which is designed to look like a lake, we can experience the secret art of Japanese garden design.
*Imperial Palace East Garden: The Garden is currently part of the Imperial Palace Tokyo, but until about 170 years ago it was Edo Castle, the residence of the Tokugawa family of shoguns who were the de facto rulers of Japan. The Japanese garden inside the Tokugawa Shogun’s castle is planted with irises and many other plants that have been passed down from the Edo period, and the outer garden of the Imperial Palace also contains plants associated with the Imperial family.
