Today, my shift is to guide people inside the venue of Osaka Kansai EXPO, mainly on the patio or alley. Not only are the visitors new to the event, but the volunteers are also still new to it, so I often can’t answer customers’ questions right away and have to look up information on websites or resources before I answer.

However, unlike yesterday, today, the weather was good, there were relatively few visitors, and the customers seemed to be enjoying the Expo at a leisurely pace.

It seems that customers are happy when I take my time and have fun looking up answers together with them.
